Use:
- Do your regular cleansing routine of your face, neck and décolleté before facial cupping.
- Start in the center of the decolette and work your way out towards your shoulders, do the same on your neck.
- Then take your jawline and the underside of your chin and work from your ears down to the tip of your chin.
- Next, your face, starting from the center of the face and moving out to the side.
- Finally, take from the lower lip down and from the eyebrow up.
