TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT and in Danish kroner. We accept Dankort and Visa. The account information that you enter when purchasing products on our webshop is processed by NETS, Shopify or Stripe and will be sent in encrypted form (SSL).
The amount of your order will be deducted from your account as soon as the goods have left Dare to Care's warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITY
At Dare to Care we strive to keep our website up to date and error-free at all times. However, we make reservations for cases of sold-out items, printing errors, price changes and unforeseen events.
Dare to Care is responsible for the products until they are in your possession, after which the package becomes your responsibility. Dare to Care cannot be held responsible for damaged products in your custody.
Dare to Care maintains full ownership of the products until full payment is received.
Dare to Care reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions applicable to this website. It is therefore your responsibility to stay updated on possible changes.
Dare to Care strives to ship packages within 3 business days, but in special cases, e.g. in the event of backorders from suppliers or in the event of sales or major events, longer shipping times may occur.
Confidentiality policy in connection with placing orders
When you order a product from Dare to Care's webshop, you will be asked to enter a number of personal information (name, address, telephone number, email and delivery address) including financial information (credit card information or MobilePay).
The information will only be used for delivery and billing purposes, as well as for any purchase-related purposes, for example, if there is a problem with your order. By placing your order, you agree that we use your information for these purposes. Please read our privacy policy and contact us if you have any questions.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Goods purchased at klinikdaretocareshop.dk can be exchanged for other goods or money within 14 days.
Goods are exchanged under the following conditions:
- The item is undamaged and in unbroken packaging.
- Physical or digital receipt must be presented
- For items purchased by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the bank account.
- For items purchased with gift cards, they will be refunded to a gift card.
- You acknowledge with a signature and a clear name and address
- The item will be exchanged no later than 14 days after the day you receive your order when purchasing at klinikdaretocareshop.dk.
- When returning or complaining about products purchased at klinikdaretocareshop.dk, the customer pays for shipping.
When refunding, there may be a waiting period of up to 10 business days for bank transfer.
Goods are subject to a claim under the following conditions:
- The item is defective.
- Physical or digital receipt must be presented
- The product is claimed within 24 months
How we process personal data
When you purchase a product in our webshop, you provide a number of personal information, including specifically:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email
- Your phone number
We process this personal data both in connection with the registration and processing of your purchase. The information is necessary for the completion of your orders and is stored for a period of 5 years to comply with Danish accounting law. After that, the information is deleted.
DATA SECURITY
As data controller, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable Danish and European legislation, including the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Your personal information will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected, and only by employees at Klinik Dare to Care who are directly involved in processing your purchase or performing your treatments.
As soon as the above purposes have been fulfilled or are no longer relevant, your information will be deleted.
We use third parties to process some information, including in our booking system and webshop, which is not developed by Klinik Dare to Care itself. We have entered into data processing agreements with our Danish partners, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. All our foreign suppliers are active participants in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, which ensures protected storage and processing of personal data across the EU and the USA.
Information, objection, deletion and data portability
You can contact us at any time to find out which of your personal data we have stored or for further information about our data processing agreements.

If there are any errors in our information, you can always have them corrected, just as you always have the right to have your personal information handed over. In the event of error correction or data portability, we also ask you to contact the aforementioned email.
If you would like us to delete your personal data or to limit its storage, we also ask you to send requests to the aforementioned email.
We delete emails from inactive customers after 12 months from last contact.
